What do you like best about mParticle by Rokt?

Indicative is easy to use right off the bat. Even for someone non-technical at all, their support team has multiple account managers that specialize in helping you understand the data and get your account set up so everything is easy to use without needing the support of their team to make every little change. What do you dislike about mParticle by Rokt?

There's really not much to dislike, the only thing I could possibly say would be on our end, the time it takes to properly set up the event names but that has nothing to do with the Indicative system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is mParticle by Rokt solving and how is that benefiting you?

We switched from Google Analytics which was not giving us the in-depth reporting that we needed. We are now able to see specific events and clicks and not just a general page-view overview. We now have the ability for anyone on our team to ask a question and set up a funnel to measure any metric or workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
