"Great tool for funnel analysis"

What do you like best about mParticle by Rokt?

Easy to use tool for funnel analysis that connect to Segment for event data. Great free tier as well so you can really take your time understanding the tool before having to make a purchase commitment. It does require that you have a good understanding of your site or app event structure, and what you are looking to measure.

The filtering and segmentation tools are quite robust, but take some getting used to to configure properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about mParticle by Rokt?

This is nit-picky, but the color scheme is awful. Also, like many of these tools the learning curve is steep. That said, they do have a really great email onboarding series, and step by step tutorial within the app itself. The tool is less robust than Amplitude or Mixpanel, but at a much more attractive price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is mParticle by Rokt solving and how is that benefiting you?
