I use IndicaOnline for my online delivery service, and it's very user-friendly. The tools I use the most are for managing the inventory and accounting, like tracking the cost per unit and daily sign-in sheets to keep track of daily numbers. I would like to see more inventory management options, like the ability to convert products into other products. Right now, if you have a certain flower and want to convert it to pre-rolls, there should be a one gram pre-roll option, not just the point five. Also, there should be more options for payment compensation for drivers beyond just an hourly base. It would be great to have some commission-based or a base rate setup. And there should be a better way to keep track of what our workers are earning, especially for employees who have multiple roles, like being both dispatchers and drivers.
