What do you like best about India CAD Works?

The most impressive thing about India CAD Works is their sheer technical breadth and the speed at which they can turn things around. In RevOps, I’m usually focused on our data stack and CRM, but when we had a specific project requiring detailed CAD conversion for some of our hardware-integrated clients, I didn't want to bother our lean engineering team. I found their communication to be very straightforward. Even though they are a large multinational, it felt like I was dealing with a partner who actually understood the specific technical requirements of our documentation. What do you dislike about India CAD Works?

What problems is India CAD Works solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling with a bottleneck where our technical documentation was lagging behind our sales cycles because we didn't have enough internal bandwidth to handle CAD design and conversion. India CAD Works essentially functioned as an elastic extension of our team. By outsourcing the heavy lifting of CAD services to them, I was able to keep our internal engineers focused on our core product APIs while still delivering what our customers needed.
