What do you like best about Indeemo?

Easy collation of a large amount of data responses in both video and text form. Along with an AI function that can pull together automatic transcripts, time stamps of quotes, themes etc. etc. It makes your life as a researcher so much easier, because you don't have to sit through hours of video (still good practice to do so). Ease of segmentation. The AI is incredibly fast, which is surprising given the sheer amount of data I select for it to use as a reference Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Indeemo?

I think that sometimes the AI function for whatever reason doesn't allow new prompts to be asked, irrespective of how many tokens I have left. I've tried deleting old prompts incase I have hit a chat limit, and have also tried restarting. But the only fix I have seen is to just come back another time. Furthermore, I don't like the lack of private message function. In my last project, I wanted to give each participants three topics to respond to individually. But I had to email them rather than message since there is no option (or obvious and findable option) to do this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Indeemo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It organises certain pieces of research such that is all in one place. Means I don't get constant emails if I were to be doing this without a platform. The best part is genuinely just that its all in one place, its easy, I was offered a set up call when we started to run me through it all. it is just ease, and time saving which is just exactly what you want. Even if it is slightly expensive for what you are getting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
