What do you like best about INCREDEVENT?

They provided us with a complete white-label ticket purchasing platform, all with our branding and brand colours which was extremely important for us. They were quick to help solve any questions or issues that come up, and also provide great customer service so we don't have to worry too much about our ticket holders. What do you dislike about INCREDEVENT?

I wish they had some more tools we could use, but we know that's coming as they keep us up to date with new feature releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is INCREDEVENT solving and how is that benefiting you?

We tried using multiple other event platforms and they were much more difficult to use, with higher fees and when we had a question or needed help, INCREDEVENT was always very quick with their responses and always helpful. We were never left wondering about a question, even if it was a long weekend. The platform itself has been easy to use for a vast majority of our ticket purchases as well, which has been a huge bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
