We own and run a small business with more than one owner and around fifteen employees. We're small enough that we all have a close relationship with owners and employees. As an owner I've always hated the power imbalance as I prefer to think that we're all working towards a common goal. However, I understand that some employees may be reticent when it comes to giving their opinion.
