What do you like best about InCicle Sistemas?

I love InCicle Sistemas for its intuitive interface and comprehensive feature set, which make it easy to use and keep everything we need for people management in one place. What do you dislike about InCicle Sistemas?

Overall, the platform works very well. I'd just like to see even more customization options and continued improvements to reporting and analytics.
