What do you like best about ImprovMX?

Very clear, registrar-specific instructions on setting up DNS so ImprovMX can forward your email for that domain. Forwarding is very fast (couple of seconds). Their dashboard for adding email forwards is a nice, AJAX driven web page that is straightforward and easy to use. I switched to ImprovMX after using GoDaddy's free email forwarding for decades since GoDaddy just switched to Microsoft 365 and forwarding stopped working for a couple of days, losing a lot of email. Initially, ImprovMX's mail forwarding worked but I was getting some bounce error messages as well. I contacted support and got prompt and helpful communication and the problem was resolved. What do you dislike about ImprovMX?
