What do you like best about impress.ai?

I really appreciate how impress.ai enables me to communicate with candidates quickly and easily, right from the platform. I can also schedule recurring reminders and log notes directly onto their profile, which saves me a lot of time and effort. What do you dislike about impress.ai?

While I don't have many complaints about impress.ai, there are a few minor things that could be improved. I wish that the notification for incoming messages would pop up similar to my email notifications, and it would be helpful to have a "Do Not Disturb" feature for after-hours communication.
