We had a few issues with our candidates saying that their microphones or cameras could not be detected by iMocha. There were some instances that when our candidates' try to log in to the link there would be a prompt " Authentication Failed" on their end. **What problems is iMocha solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team used to use multiple links in order to assess different skills set which most of the time they might miss one or two of those, but with iMocha we only use 1 link for different skills test and our recruiting process became more timely. ### 4. Interview time and efforts minimized through the special feature in the tests - Video Interview. **What do you dislike about iMocha?** When creating assessments, selecting questions manually is not possible in all cases and there is a possibility that the questions selected automatically may not be relevant to the role the candidate has applied for. We haven't faced any major issues with this so far though. The reports should also contain section wise difficulty analysis. The Question bank can have more functional/domain category questions. For eg. We are now able to assess candidates in a better manner by creating customized tests for different roles, levels, skills.
