What do you like best about IMN - Hyper-Personalised Market & Competitive Intelligence (M&CI) Software?

IMN pleasantly surprised me from my first ever briefing. I particularly like how IMN delivers very personalised insights tailored EXACTLY to our needs—it almost feels like it reads my mind regarding what matters most to us. The pace of development is also impressive. The product keeps getting better with each iteration, and was exceptional from the first time we used it in any case. What do you dislike about IMN - Hyper-Personalised Market & Competitive Intelligence (M&CI) Software?

The only downside is that initial setup takes a significant amount of time—about 15 to 20 minutes. However, I recognize that this is a one-off process and is necessary for the high level of personalisation IMN provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IMN - Hyper-Personalised Market & Competitive Intelligence (M&CI) Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

IMN is comfortably the best market and competitive intelligence I have used to date, because it is completely relevant to me, my business, and my priorities. There is literally not one line of fluff or irrelevance and it is also so easy to use. It tells me everything I need to know about my external environment, from macro trends to changes in laws and regulations, and even picks up rare little gems that we would otherwise never come to know of (for example product and marketing ideas used by competitors, new opportunities in our core market that we were not ever aware existed, great new ideas on how to increase sales and profitability and then how to go about it, and so much more). IMN also saves me a lot of time. I can go through the info I need to know in about 5 minutes per day. And thatt information is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
