What do you like best about ImmoAdmin?

What I appreciate most about ImmoAdmin is having a large part of our real estate operations gathered in one place. We manage a significant portfolio, so being able to centralize leases, renewals, payments, accounting, communications with tenants, documents, and operations tracking saves us from working with several different systems.

I also really appreciate the integration of artificial intelligence directly into the platform. It not only serves to answer questions: it can actually help us execute certain tasks and quickly find the information we need. What do you dislike about ImmoAdmin?

ImmoAdmin is still a relatively young platform, so some workflows and interface details are still being perfected. We have occasionally encountered a few small bugs or elements that could be more intuitive. That said, the team is very responsive when a problem is reported and improvements are deployed quickly. ImmoAdmin helps us mainly to reduce the fragmentation of our operations. Before, several property management tasks could be spread across different tools, files, and manual processes.
