I really like the assistance from the iMarq team with customizing items in the system according to our needs. The ease of looking up reports is a big plus for me. I often use the inspection reports feature, which is very valuable. Also, being able to update reports from either a tablet or phone is convenient. The initial setup was pretty easy for me as well.
