What do you dislike about ImageRight?

The buddy list in the Web client.

Having to install IRConnect, Document Converter, PDF Printer and Microsoft Addin to use the Web Client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ImageRight solving and how is that benefiting you?
