Imagej is a wonderful app for bioscience researchers. It is free, user friendly and has several options for image processing and analysis especially fluoroscence microscopy images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For specific analysis plug-ins are required and at times the plug-ins are not available or have been discontinued. In such a case new methodology for analysis has to be found out which is time consuming. UI can be improved to make it more interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
