ImageEngine uses and amazing device detection technology and have superior image optiomization which has improved our website performance significantly. Previously, our page load time was almost 5 seconds, which was a huge issue during our brand update wherein we wanted to be bold and be image heavy. Our website spans 80+ culture across various geographic location. There are thousands of new content pages created/updated each day which are multimedia assets heavy. It is imperative that any changes are reflected in the pages accessed from any parts of the world. We have content team that is notified for any new images that is added/updated. ImageEngine maintains image quality and reduces time and cost of image management. During some very rare instances, if we the image is not same across entire geoprahic location, we are notified to manually purge the cache of the image. The dashboard has the ability to manually perform the purge the image without needing the support. With ImageEngine, our response time of webpage is less than 2 seconds for 90% of our pages. Additionally, the support is available 24/7. The support team take full ownership and ensure quick turnaround time for any issue. Furthermore, they have always shown willingness to be on a stand-by during each of our monthly releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ImageEngine? Overall we are extremely satisfied with ImageEngine service and have no plans to look at an alternative. The only improvement we would like to see is to have some of their POP servers in China.
