iluminr is intuitive to use, literally straight out of the box. The single-player functionality, and now the multiplayer option as well, makes it much easier to build robust “severe but plausible” scenarios in a way that’s far less time-consuming than doing it manually. The Learning Loops capture real-time feedback, and the AI reporting helps spot patterns and trends that can influence how we develop our training and exercising capabilities. Some of the functionality didn’t initially carry over into the multiplayer environment, but this has since been rectified. The Events Room was also difficult to navigate; however, that too has been remediated, with more enhancements on the way. Reporting wasn’t strong enough to meet regulatory requirements, but this has now been addressed as well. I still need to ‘kick the tyres’ on the new functionality in more depth than I have so far, but at this point I’m not seeing the old issues still lurking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
