What do you like best about Illumify ERP?

The mobile app has been a huge win for us. Our team isn’t tied to a desk anymore—they can check inventory, place orders, and keep things moving while they’re out in the field. On top of that, Illumify helped us automate a sales process that used to be much more manual and time-consuming. Overall, it’s a modern platform that’s genuinely easy to implement and use. The support team has been great, the pricing feels fair, and whenever we’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Illumify ERP?

It’s honestly hard to find something to criticize here. Whenever we’ve run into an issue or requested a change, the team has responded quickly and followed through to address it. They’re also strong listeners—they take feedback seriously instead of just logging it and moving on. As a newer, more modern ERP, it seems to give them the flexibility to iterate faster and at a lower cost than the legacy systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Illumify ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Illumify, our sales process relied on a lot of manual steps that ate up time and left plenty of room for error. Illumify has helped us automate much of that work, so orders move through faster and with fewer mistakes. The mobile app has been just as important. Our team can work from wherever they are, instead of being stuck at a desk just to get things done. Overall, it’s made us quicker and more accurate in our day-to-day work.
