## iHasco e-learning Reviews
  ### 1. An easy to use and administer e-learning platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graham H. | Human Resources Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

There's a good range of content in their course library, and the course content is frequently refreshed to ensure it remains relevant and compliant. It was easy to set up and administer, including reporting on course completions.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

The credit system for paying for access to the courses (on top of annual subscription costs) seems a little over complicated sometimes and can end up being costly where there is mandatory training that we want all staff to complete.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides our employees with a broad range of content that they can access as and when required. It also ensures that we are able to deliver compliance related training easily.

  ### 4. Educational

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2021

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Straightforward, fast and very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

Nothing really, no major issues apart from the time limit.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No issues.

  ### 5. Very educational, insightful and interesting Mental Health Awareness training course

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris P. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

The videos seem to cover every aspect of the training course and test, meaning when you get to the test, there aren't any surprise questions that haven't been covered in the previous videos.
Everything is clear, digestible and understandable.
You can pause and re-watch parts of the video if needs be as well.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

Nothing, it's great. When beginning a training course, the duration could put you off, but when you get into it, you forget about the time and truly engage with the course.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

It's a great educational training platform.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To make my own personal mental health and wellbeing a priority, not to sacrifice it when it's busy.
Don't bury bad negative thoughts, acknowledge and address them.
Following the Fire Awareness course, I feel more confident in knowing what to do when the problem arises in the work place.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your lovely feedback Chris.
It's great to see we've been able to help and you enjoyed and felt engaged with your training.

  ### 6. Informative and interesting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

The range of mediums through which the content engaged me. The history, properties, and uses of the substance was interesting. The information about the conditions it can cause was sobering. The case study provided in one of the last slides from the plumber was moving. It was far more engaging than my preconceptions suggested.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

The fact that training on such a topic is necessary in the first place, although I do now appreciate why it found such common use in the past. I also think the slides did not need to be broken down so much. Some of them were only 20 seconds long. Personal preference would be to have 2-3 minutes per slide, but appreciate this is not true for all learners.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

No need for any consideration here, just go ahead and use it!

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This particular course is not especially relevant to the day to day work I do, but I appreciate having an understanding of the issues that I did not previously have. I think benefits for myself from this course are minimal, but expect the next courses I'll look at will be far more pertinent.

  ### 7. Informative & useful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darren P. | Supplier Quality Engineer, Machinery, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

I like the fact that this course is clearly laid out and very easy to follow. It is full of good reminders that are very simple & effective, but quite often we easily overlook these issues.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

I don't dislike anything about this training/learning exercise.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

Good, informative training.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been reminded of the importance of having good posture in mind at all times & to exercise your eyes!

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you so much for your feedback Darren. It's lovely to see you enjoyed your training with us.

  ### 8. Was not terrible, definitely room for improvement

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

The best part of the training was the ease to use, everything felt very simple and easy to get on with. someone with little skill on the computer could have done this.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

i dislike the use of videos that you have to keep stopping and starting the whole way through, i believe that this could be improved upon by having a written script to follow as the video plays, this could be used to highlight the key parts making it faster and more effective at teaching.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think that i have suggested things that would make the training more streamlined and effective at helping colleagues learn the information on anti-money laundering training. This stops people getting bored and losing focus resulting in higher retention and less time spent not doing Jobs.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your detailed and constructive feedback.

We are always reviewing how we can further improve our product and as such, I will be passing your suggestion on to our product development team.

Please do feel free to come back to me if you have any questions or if there is anything else I can help with.

  ### 9. Website was a bit glitchy, sometimes the videos wouldn't load and the 'next' button stopped working

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor T. | Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

The videos were well done and explained the topics well.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

The test buttons sometimes didn't register the clicks meaning I'd have to reload the age resulting in me having to restart the test.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basics ones problems, I thought the mental heath test was the most interesting and benefitting

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your feedback.

I was sorry to see that was your experience with the test.
I will pass this on to the Technical Support Team to investigate this further.

Please do feel free to come back to me if you have any questions or if there is anything else I can help with.

  ### 10. More for everyone than for managers

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Froniga L. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Provided a good overview to the basics of mental health awareness with a lot of focus on self-care.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

I was expecting this training to be more focussed on management, and tools/techniques for managers to use for identifying and dealing with mental health issues in staff. The only real advice was 'listen'.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good that people can take courses whenever is convenient for them - some colleagues use their commute time, for example.

  ### 11. Very well structured

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

You can break it down into 15 minute segments if you want to. I also liked the extensive references to further reading. Given the investment of time, which is not great, I think the courses are remarkably comprehensive

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

Needing to be online when completing the module, an offline option would be helpf. I treied to do a session on a train, not easy with variable signal quality.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

Be very clear why you are asking people to take these modules

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feel I am better informed about health and safety and GDPR issues in a painless way.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your feedback. It's very much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

I thought some questions where a bit easy

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

Give it a go, can only help improve your companies status and employees knowledge.

Just Started but looking forward to doing other units. Can be fitted in and around your current workload, you do it when it suits you. No Pressure!

  ### 14. reasonable videos very basic and pretty boring

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt T. | ., Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Quick to log in , the main screen is good showing what you have completed and when.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

the videos are very tedious , repetitive and send you to sleep during , The information is slowly delivered and in a poor manner to stimulate or question you.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

Take a red bull prior to watching the videos

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nothing really

  ### 15. Hard to concentrate in a working office environment

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

I did not like the style of training at all unfortunately this type of training is completely forgettable.
E learning if correctly guided is of value but this tends to be of a project or extended course,

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

Upon reflection I did not like the style of training,
It was not interactive (unable to ask questions) and not engaging or differentiated. It was very non personal.
It was difficult to concentrate in a busy office or find the time to complete in one session therefore the training was very fragmented and the foundation of interrelationships between subject matter was not fluent and as such very disjointed and the knowledge gained could not be retained to the end and the final questions. I think it was four goes for me to find the time.
Also at least two of the questions were hard grammatically to understand. No wonder this training allows for multiple attempts.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

All the information provided is freely available on the internet and on the .gov and hse websites save money and use them,

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

this type of e learning is a cop out as far as training responsibilities of employers is concerned. I don't this it has much value as a standalone course.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Hi,

Thank you for your honest feedback after completing our training the other day. All feedback is greatly appreciated. It gives us the opportunity to improve our content and overall experience.

We at iHASCO would love it if we could make our training personal for each and every client, but sadly this is unachievable, as so many people have different needs, prioritises and working environments. However, we do pride ourselves on training our clients on the essentials that are relevant to everyone - with wellbeing, physical safety and legal compliance at the forefront of our minds during every stage of production and sale. We also encourage our clients to make good use of our 'additional content' feature within each course - which supplies additional information, downloadable PDFs and links to further sources.

We do appreciate the challenge that comes with completing training in an office environment, as they can be distracting. We do enable our courses to be completed on the go and on any device, which enables clients to complete them outside of work, such as on a commute. Given the time-efficient nature of our training, it won't take much more than 30 minutes (on average) to complete a course. It's also possible to wear noise cancelling headphones whilst you complete the training, or even work from a laptop in a conference room or quiet spot in the office? If an employer insists that training must be completed at an employee’s desk, I'm afraid that it's out of our hands. I hope these suggestions have helped.

We take all feedback very seriously, and anything such as inaccurate grammar is corrected as soon as we are made aware of it. If you could specify the course in question, we will have a member of our production team investigate and resolve this. We are interested to know the course title for other reasons too, as our newer ones include written and presenter-spoken questions throughout the duration of the programme, to facilitate interaction and engagement, as well as being able to test our users on what they are learning.

Regarding the information in our courses being freely available on those websites - much of it is. But it's just plain text and would make for a very dull learning experience for many people. The required information is also spread far and wide in a number of different locations which can make hard work for many people wanting to learn. We undertake thorough research, talk to specialists in the field when needed, and consolidate the information into a concise and informative course that allows our users to access the necessary information with ease. We also provide training records and certificates to help keep workplaces compliant - which is something these external websites cannot do.

We strive to make our course content both simple and engaging. Our animation and graphics are the best in the eLearning industry and every part of every course is made with love. We are only getting better and better, and I have a strong feeling/hope that the course in question here could be an older one that is due a Version 2. Either way, we will look into it.

If there is anything else I can help please do feel free to come back to me
Best Regards
Amanda Lowndes

  ### 20. Very informative

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fiona L. | Manager Advisory Services, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

The shortness of the sessions. The examples and use of real characters to stress the points. Not just talking and powerpoint. The pace and tone of the presenter is perfect. I love the simplicity too. Makes learning easy.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

Is this only for UK folks? Please use Africa context too. Also, the lady presenter should have some variety of cloths. not just black.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not yet. I am just thinking through this. Starting with my children.

  ### 21. it really opened my eyes to what i am experiencing. very good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomas S. | Night shift engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

I liked the way in which it was very well laid out with emphasis on the common issues , it was nice and short which kept my attention and it gave me something to relate to, the possibility of saving the additional materials and supporting documents is a big bonus which is rarely available in my experience of online training courses, a really well laid out interface that remembers where I left off and is easy to return and re watch where I want to hear the detail and concentrate or focus. the ability to access and download all of my previous certification from the dashboard is nice as paper or email to management only leaves me with another task in a very hectic day already.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

personally I would be proud of what has been achieved here and I dislike nothing on this presentation,
so rather than tell you what I dislike about this presentation I will tell you what I dislike in general about most presentation approaches
the use of multiple presenters kept my focus and didn't make it monotone or dreary which is one of my dislikes on other online presentations, also It was not just a power point text page by page with someone reading it out to me, that kind of presentation should be left at pre school.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

extremely recomended, i havent been a user of an online training course that has been as well laid out as ths

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the ways in which I manage my expectations of myself, which I very often place goals way out of my reach

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you so much for the glowing feedback Tomas!

We are extremely proud of our training content and overall user experience.

If there is anything else we can help with please do feel free to come back to me directly.

  ### 22. Bullying & Harassment for Employees

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Simple bite-size chunks of information, easy to replay sections, clear and logical structure.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

Inevitably given the nature and length of the course, it is only at fairly high-level with some potentially more difficult issues not covered in detail.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest point is probably the clarity on boundaries between strong management, occasional negative behaviour, bullying and harassment - really good distinctions. Liked the 'THINK' acronym as well, which I hadn't heard before.

  ### 23. Fire Warden simplified

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damian H. | Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

The fact that the course compresses important information into fewer words and and easy to understand and remember visuals is genius. Also the ease of returning to previous topics to better understand the content makes the learning process easier.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

The course as a whole was a little lengthy. But maybe it's just me getting off easy with earlier shorter courses like LOLER & PUWER which were clearly shorter.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

Highly Recommend iHASCO eLearning.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a good background to enrolling for a national NEBOSH Diploma.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your lovely feedback Damian.
It's great to see you would recommend our eLearning.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

The video clips are short but packed full of useful information. Clear diagrams and colours all help the uptake of the information. A visually attractive course. The test questions are relevant and to-the-point.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

I don't think I disliked anything. I did this online course over two days, and couldn't wait to re-start it on Day 2.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am much better informed about fire safety in the workplace, the course helped me to have a clearer picture of fire risks and how to tackle them. And it was fun to complete.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you so much for your lovely feedback.

  ### 27. quite good, the short films were just the right length

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen P. | Ms, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Good short films and easy questions made it more fun than hard work

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

I think that it should be more colourful, to take the interest up a notch.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe that this will help me in the future in my job and home life. I already knew how I am supposed to lift, but I had got into bad habits, and this training had a new way of looking at it.

  ### 28. Quick comment about one of your eLearning packages

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Generally I was happy with the training. There was one protected characteristic I was unaware of.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

The only criticism I have is on the section about Positive Discrimination and Positive Action. You gave a very good example of positive discrimination, but no example of positive action. I think if employers are wanting to do the right thing and be encouraging to their staff, it may be easy to unintentionally step over that line into positive discrimination. An example of what an encouraging positive action is compared to what goes too far and then becomes positive discrimination would have been helpful.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your feedback.

I have passed your thoughts onto our Creative and Studio manager to review and look into further.

Please do feel free to come back to me if you have any questions or if there is anything else I can help with.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn B. | Business Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Very clear graphics and comprehensive speakers.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

I thought all aspects of the training was good.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All staff are undertaking this Fire Warden Training - feedback is very good.

  ### 30. Very useful knowledge that can save your life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

The graphics and visuals on the lungs for the types of asbestos diseases were really good.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

The time that tit took to get through it. The fact that you can cheat but anyway that's for your own knowledge so that would not help you in the end.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

More real life examples of people affected by asbestos. more visuals and diagrams fo rthe other training are allways helpful.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You are more aware of everything around you and the different materials and risks that we could get exposed every day.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you so much for your feedback. I will pass this onto our Creative & Development Team for further review.

  ### 31. Fire awareness review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karolina R. | Community Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

I liked the mini quizzes within the slideshow. I also liked the images, as the gave a more colorful look to the presentation.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

I dislike that it's slightly too long, and the explanation is not audience appropriate, this is more for a younger audience.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made me more knowledgeable and also I feel safer about knowing what to do if an emergency occurred.

  ### 32. Good and Professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria G. | Kitchen assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

The videos are very interesting, short and perfect explanation.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

Anything. I like everything in the web, because it is very interesting.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

I think iHASCO Learning is a good Company to do a Training

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My training with my new Company. I have learned lots of interesting things.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you Maria. It's lovely to see you've enjoyed your training with us.

  ### 33. Way too many clicks

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirill N. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Clear, easy to understand, uses visuals.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

The point of this course is to educate employees on correct ways of working to prevent repetitive strain injury. Ironically, the number of clicks required to get through the course has nearly caused me RSI... Consider automating the flow of the course, or having larger segments. Also, this survey is way too resource intensive. Why do I have to go back and upload a screenshot? Would make sense to find a less tasking method of validating. If I'd known it was this difficult to submit feedback, I wouldn't have bothered.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not yet realised any benefits.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your feedback after completing our training Kirill.

I was sorry to see you felt this way. I will pass your thoughts onto our Creative & Development Team for further review.

Please do feel free to come back to me if you have any questions or if there is anything else I can help with.

  ### 34. Very informative.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

It was concise, to the point and very easily understood. The information given was informative and raises awareness to issues not openly spoken about.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

I could not think of anything that I have disliked.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to use and effective for retaining information.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your feedback.
It's lovely to see you have found our training easy to use, to the point and easily understood.

  ### 35. Informative course for Manual Handling.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul F. | Technical Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Can do at convenient time, not overly long. A good reminder of techniques once learned but easily forgotten.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

Can not ask questions, not sociable. No physical practices of techniques.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

Good option but to rely entirely on Computer based learning in my opinion is not best practice. A mix of real life training with physical practice complemented by e-learning would be even better.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to lift correctly!

  ### 36. Very good, just a couple of tweaks needed.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Clear, good pace, simple to follow. #####

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

subtitles covered up info on the screen, volume level varied too much, not enough questions to keep you engaged.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

This survey asks some stupid questions for a guy just doing some H&S training. Perhaps at the start ask how people used the services and tailor the questions to that.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not much, this was just a repeat of other courses I've done.

  ### 37. Really good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John F. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

The whole course was informative and well worded. Really good!

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

I think maybe it could be shorter as all the courses are relatively time-consuming.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

Great service. Really worthwhile. A professional team who are always happy to help. Cant recommend enough!

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Don't know how to answer

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your lovely feedback John.
It's great to see you've enjoyed our training and the service from our team.
Please do feel free to shout if there is anything else we can help with!

  ### 38. Easy and to the point

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Completing at home at my own pace.
Transcript helps learning.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

Some things are obvious, and too basic.
Takes too long to click through the videos - they could be a bit longer, and save in larger chunks.
Save more frequently - I have re done several topics.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had to re do some tests because of bad internet conection

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your feedback.
We are always looking to improve our content and user experience. I will pass your thoughts onto the Product Development Team for further consideration.
Thank you again.

  ### 39. Poor experience compared with face to face training.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave F. | School Bus Driver, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Online ability to carry out from any location.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

1) to generic, no personalisation
2) unsupervised, no guarantee completed by candidate
3) unable to ask question or seek clarification
4) not aware of questions raised by other candidates
5) responses inaccurate for my work scenario as a School minibus driver eg:no first aid kit signage, seating position in bus, display screen etc..

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cheap alternative to tutor led training.

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Hi Dave,

Thank you for your feedback it's really appreciated.

We are an eLearning provider but our training can also be offered in a blended face to face approach which some of our clients do take advantage of.

  ### 42. Very relate-able and informative

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren W. | Miss, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

I thought the vast information including symptoms of each mental health issue was useful. It has given me an idea of hoe to recognize triggers in myself and others and how to approach them.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

The emphasis on positive mental attitude as it is not always possible for some or easy to coax someone out of that behavior.

**Recommendations to others considering iHasco e-learning:**

Very informative, relateable and thorough. Highly recommend.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The extra resources included during this course will come in very useful for myself and when dealing with my team

  ### 43. Good general review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben G. | Senior Consultant, Environmental Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Good overall review of asbestos and it's risks. Use of testimony from Christopher was very good - drives home the message.

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

There is an error in one test question - 'one of the greatest dangers... 'ONLY if you are young' down as a correct answer - incorrect, it is dose dependent. You could have high dose exposure at older age and be at high risk, dose is the key factor not age. Must not conflate the two. The course also doesn't really tell you how to approach work when neither you nor the emploer/building owner has any idea of asbestos history (e.g. I regularly work around old farm buildings, railway tunnels, lofts and cellars where nobody can tell me. Where face-fitted mask, overalls as precaution?). Other than that very good though.

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asbestos awareness, display screen use, bias in the workplace

**Official Response from Amanda Lowndes:**

> Thank you for your feedback Ben.

Really pleased to see you found our Asbestos Awareness course a good overall review of asbestos and it's risks.

I have spoken with our Creative & Development team regarding the question you mentioned.

We have now closed that question to be discussed and reviewed.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Please do feel free to come back to me directly if there is anything else I can help with.

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2019

**What do you like best about iHasco e-learning?**

Like the short concise videos, information and the multiple choice questions

**What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?**

Not sure if the examples used are of relevance to all industries. Some maybe working at height but not enough to use scaffolding. If this could be tailored to the equipment an organisation uses this would be perfect

**What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training HGV Drivers who are on the road not office based. Could link this to other training and take off road for half a day for them to complete. No need for multiple driver release as this would be impossible for a small company.
