What do you like best about IGOR - Your Personal Lab Assistant?

We recently started using IGOR in December 2023, and it has completely transformed our workflow. It is streamlined and easy to use, allowing us to quickly document our experiments and SOPs with minimal effort, significantly reducing the time spent on administrative tasks and freeing up more time to focus on experiments and data analysis. Additionally, their customer support is amazing. Anika has been superb in supporting us getting up and running with the platform and continues to be responsive and ready to assist with any queries. What problems is IGOR - Your Personal Lab Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing IGOR, we were using traditional pen and paper lab notebooks. This was quite time consuming and tedious. We were using digital SOPs that were version controlled, but again the system we had in place for this was also quite time consuming.
