What do you like best about IGOR - Your Personal Lab Assistant?

I’ve worked with a few ELNs and IGOR is definitely the easiest to use out of the box. No long set up times just to get started. It can do a lot, but is very intuitive and simple to use, so no big learning curve either. I’m a huge fan of the new sample tracking! And their customer support is really great too.

What problems is IGOR - Your Personal Lab Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a small team plus some external collaborators, and we need to see what each other is doing, with some adjustments for internal vs external projects. Igor’s user roles & access settings solve this out of the box. We also need manage our lab materials, which the inventory does well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
