What do you like best about Ignite Video Cloud?

The simplicity of the livestreaming setup combined with a very user‑friendly experience. We tested Vimeo, Restream, and YouTube before – Ignite was by far the easiest to set up and operate. Integrating Ignite Video was very easy, the support is personally available and provides excellent onboarding assistance. On top of that, the platform is comfortable to use both for us as an organization and for the audience. Data protection is handled consistently and transparently, which is a huge plus. What do you dislike about Ignite Video Cloud?

So far, nothing. Our specific data protection requirements are easier to implement with Ignite than with large global platforms, and without compromises. We receive only positive feedback; there's nothing we don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ignite Video Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ignite solves the challenge of running live streams under strict GDPR requirements. As a non‑profit organization, data protection is critical for us. With Ignite, we can stream events without processing personal data of viewers at all. That saves time, avoids legal complexity, and gives us peace of mind. In fact, we are more satisfied with Ignite Video than with any other streaming or video hosting solution - and I write this with more than 6 years of experience in the field.
