It's not just the limited capability (there are very basic financial reports IFS can't create), difficutl to use, the very high pricing (and not honoring deals that had been promised when impacted by the frequent turnover), or the fact that even their sales people admit they are selling items (eg AI) that they don't have. I can't think of too many downsides about IFS. However, most of the support is headquartered out of Sri Lanka and sometimes the time difference for US based companies can be challenging when coordinating upgrades/updates.
