Versatile. I can create searches and post as graphic widgets, search links and more. Searches based on all criteria in my MLS as well as polygon searches for neighborhoods. Can be clunky to use. There is a learning curve if the site isn't being created by either a company or an individual who does this for a living. I was able to set up my own site and continue to expand it, but it requires a commitment to learn a lot of behind the scenes tools for using the IDX feed.
