I love how quick and nimble it is to change between periods and scenarios. The payroll integration is amazing, allowing us to reconcile within minutes the variances at the lowest level of detail between our employee cost variances and budget. The time-saving aspect of seamlessly consolidating and reporting, along with accurate activity-based budgeting capabilities, which would be impossible to manage in a spreadsheet, are invaluable. **What do you dislike about IDU?** The number formatting options are limited. I'd like to have brackets for negative values and the option to report in R000. **What problems is IDU solving and how is that benefiting you?** IDU saves me time by seamlessly consolidating and reporting actuals, budgets, and forecasts. It offers version control and accurate activity-based budgeting, which would be impossible in spreadsheets. ### 2. I use the financial budgeting module, and it helps to better forecast and budget due to the level of detail the software allows for. It really helps to break down complex activities. Overall, I like that IDU is easy to understand and navigate. **What do you dislike about IDU?** I don't like the import function. It would be better if it showed all the errors in one upload rather than one error per upload. **What problems is IDU solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use IDU to better forecast and budget due to the detailed functionality it offers.
