What do you like best about IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2?

I’ve been very satisfied with IDrive so far. The software is well organized, intuitive, and easy to use, which makes managing backups straightforward.

Upload and download speeds have also been very good in my experience, and I haven’t experienced any server availability issues so far. Everything has been reliable whenever I needed to access my backups.

What do you dislike about IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2?

One improvement I would find very useful is the option to see thumbnail previews for image files directly inside folders. This would make it much faster and easier to identify and select the correct files without having to open them individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2 solving and how is that benefiting you?

IDrive gives me the flexibility to access my data from anywhere in the world as long as I have an internet connection. For me, it is especially useful as an additional backup alongside my external hard drive. I recently experienced a hard drive crash, so having my important files stored online gives me much more peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
