What do you like best about iDox.ai Suite?
The API for Redaction was documented very well. It was easy to understand and get started quickly. The postman collection was helpful to eliminate any errors easily. Support from their employees directly was very good. They were responsive and able to answer or escalate questions internally. Overall, very good experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about iDox.ai Suite?
Some quirkiness when sending MS Word documents for redaction. Sending PDFs was much more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
