What do you like best about Idle?

Its a really well rounded software and definitely gets the job done for my salon. Really affordable in comparison to fresha. SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER then WESS and Studio Manager that are literally archaic software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Idle?

Its a newer company so definitely I think their platform can be made a little easier to use however the team is really receptive and improves the experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Idle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Idle makes running my salon much easier by decreasing the amount of manual work I need to do. It allows me to use an ai optimiser for shifts, handle payroll, see ai analytics and recommendations on data backed changes I can make. not to mention the booking is so so much easier now. I used to have to go through my calendar everytime someone texted me for an appointment but now their free AI receptionist that comes with the base subscription just handles it for me.
