What do you like best about Identity verification?
It is integrated with the Salesforce Flows which makes it easy to use. You can also configure search & verifying questions. It is easier to implement this tool. Salesforce User can easily identify the customers identify using this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Identity verification?
I am positive that Salesfroce Team is working continuously to improve the functionality of this tool however, Salesforce can work on improving the User Interface of this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
