What do you like best about Iden?

Iden simplifies our user lifecycle management by making it easy to schedule when user access to an app, or a series of apps, is turned on or off. What do you dislike about Iden?

What problems is Iden solving and how is that benefiting you?

Iden automates user onboarding and offboarding across our apps. As a small team managing our IT and Security program, we were handling account creation and removal by hand, which was slow and easy to miss. With Iden, new hires get access to the right apps from a single request, and offboarding removes access in one step instead of a manual checklist.
