What do you like best about IdeaSpaceVR?

The ease of use is the best part. It is very user-friendly software and gets the job done. It is open source so there's plenty of things you can do. The technical support available from their side is good. You can always reach out to them and their response time is quite good. This can be used by people with little to no coding experience. What do you dislike about IdeaSpaceVR?

I feel like while working on my use case specifically, there hasn't been much of work done, and this takes me back to the main issue that I faced was documentation. Documentation although covered most of the things it still needs some upgrades and lacks clarity at certain points. What problems is IdeaSpaceVR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was researching the software for potential use in our company to be used for the creating next-level of Customer support VR experiences. wherein customers can literally talk to live agents. With this our plan was to create a new age customer experience such as a customer can just feel like walking in the customer service center and having served this way can greatly change the customer experience and help in building long term relationship Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
