What do you like best about IdeaPlan?

What problems is IdeaPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hearing directly from users has made us much more confident in setting priorities and managing our backlog. The integration with other apps, especially Jira, helps our developers feel like the "guess work" has been taken out of the process, i.e. these ideas are coming from real users, not just PM or sales.
