We’ve been using Ideals Board to streamline our meeting prep and board governance, and it’s been a solid performer for our team.

Our biggest selling point is its security and ease of use. Setting up agendas, managing granular permissions, and getting board books distributed takes a lot less time than it used to. On the directors' side, the tablet app works seamlessly—even offline—so reviewing materials, adding annotations, and casting votes requires zero hand-holding. The platform lacks a user-accessible recycle bin for file recovery. If a document gets accidentally deleted, you can't just restore it yourself—you have to reach out to customer support to get it back, which creates an unnecessary bottleneck when you're working against a tight meeting deadline.
