What do you like best about Ideagen Risk Management?

What we appreciate about the Pentana/Ideagen Risk platform:

User-Friendly Interface: The platform is designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate for both occasional and frequent users. Even those who don't use it regularly find it simple to pick up and use when needed.

Flexible Risk Assessment: Ideagen allows organizations to analyze and categorize risks according to their unique needs, providing greater independence from the software itself.

Real-Time Data and Reporting: The platform's live data dashboards and automated workflows enhance the accuracy and speed of risk reporting, ensuring up-to-date insights.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Risk Management?

From our experience with the product, a historic reliance on Java has been a problem for us due to the way our environment is set up, but this is by no means a fault of the product. What problems is Ideagen Risk Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pentana/Ideagen Risk Management is helping us consolidate all of the organization's risk into one central system, allowing for automated workflows which reduce the risk of human error. The product is flexible too, which lets us adjust risk scores/assessment methods to suit our needs & this links to reporting, so we can centralize everything in one system.
