What do you like best about Ideagen Please Review?

Better collaboration: Users can review documents in parallel, which saves time and lets them focus on more important tasks.

Improved communication: Users can manage comments and revisions directly within the platform, without needing other tools, and all activities are tracked.

Customer support: Communication with the support team is good and quick. In my experience, the Service Level Agreement has always been met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Please Review?

Limited customization: It can be complicated to fully adapt the tool to our specific needs, so we ended up sticking with the default configuration.

Poor reporting features: The reporting options are very basic. For more complex data analysis, it’s necessary to export the data and use other tools.

Track Changes mode: We ran into issues when handling tracked changes from Microsoft Word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideagen Please Review solving and how is that benefiting you?
