It is helpful that it generates a document with consolidated tracked changes and comments after a review, and it's helpful that users are easy to register or remove. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Please Review is ok for review but definitely doesn't work well for collaboration. And for our purposes, we often want to have a document with tracked changes reviewed, and it doesn't work well with tracked changes at all so this is the worst aspect of PR for me.
