What do you like best about Ideagen Please Review?

I had supported a client in validation of PleaseReview with Veeva Vault. We had generated UAT Test Scripts with scenarios where we routed documents for collab authoring cycle and review of the documents. The integration was easy and showed the users what changes/updates are being made and the Author could accept/reject them with reason or not. Good tool to have real-time updates being made on a document which assisted in reducing the time to review the document with stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Please Review?

A couple of things I noticed while dry running the UAT scripts is how the document is displayed when opened in PleaseReview. We had created a sample test document with grammatical errors and mistakes so as to have them updated in collab authoring cycle. If the paragraph is short on a single page document, the UI shows only that section zoomed in and not the whole page as compared to in Microsoft Word document. It would be better if it showed the whole page while making any updates. Also, the Header and Footer are not displayed when a user opens the document for review or collab authoring cycle. What problems is Ideagen Please Review solving and how is that benefiting you?

The client had integrated PleaseReview with Veeva Vault QMS to get documents routed for collab authoring cycles. After Validation activities were completed, the users in the client's firm were trained on how the integration works and how they can route documents for making updates in real-time.
