Ideagen is a fully functional, one-stop solution designed to ensure audits can be completed smoothly, all stages of the process managed to the methodology employed by the audit team and allows easy tracking of any observations and recommendations made. As with any system there are drawbacks - Pentana doesn't always allow easy deletion or modification of parts of the audit universe should they become irrelevant in your organisation however the system has workarounds in place to mitigate this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
