What do you dislike about Ideagen CompliancePath?

As beneficial as Compliance Path's flexible approach is to our business, I would have appreciated a more prescriptive approach to the path to attain audit readiness. In the end I cannot argue with the overwhelmingly positive result of attaining SOC2 Type 2 compliance with no findings during or after but there were times when the approach to get there was not immediately clear. What problems is Ideagen CompliancePath solving and how is that benefiting you?

My IT service provider business made the decision to go from having no governance, risk and compliance program to SOC2 Type 2 certification. We engaged Ideagen Compliance Path for their expertise in preparing a GRC program that reconciled the needs of the business, with the demands of the SOC2 certification. Our main point of contact took time to understand our business, understand our objectives and develop a core policy set to that end. Throughout the process we leveraged Compliance Path to anticipate control gaps and otherwise develop a robust program that didn't just "check the box," but added meaningful value and security to our business operations.
