The platform is really easy to use and the staff have really helped ensure it meets my needs and the needs of my organisation. Implementation was really smooth, it took a little while for us to understand how the system fits with our operational control of our buildings. But this was easily solved with a video call with the support team. I love the emissions accuracy percentage, this really helps frame how I talk about our emissions internally.
