What problems is Idea Team Dev solving and how is that benefiting you?

We brought Idea Team in as a technical partner on an e-commerce SaaS project for a shared client. Idea Team owned infrastructure and observability end-to-end: the entire AWS environment defined in Terraform, the CI/CD pipeline that runs `plan` and `apply` against it, and a real-time internal monitoring system the client's team could actually use day-to-day.
