What do you like best about iDashboard?

Many available charts, with a lot of formatting options. Great (and patented) Visual Intelligence effects that help users a lot. Good support. It's based on a repository (db) where all dashboards and chart definitions are stored and readable if needed. Rather powerful ETL module (DataHub). It doesn't have proprietary languages, but it uses standard SQL and JavaScript for the most powerful usage. A user who doesn't know SQL or JavaScript can anyway build nice dashboards and charts. Many available connectors (even not all). I use it a lot, very frequently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iDashboard?

Initial installation/implementation is not a piece of cake. An Apache/Tomcat environment is really preferred, IIS and other web/application servers can face more problems. Some limitations in text formatting. Good knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is often needed. It lacks some integration with cloud services, and the user needs to use external modules/services, so integration is not easy in many cases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
