What do you like best about iDAM?

IFMM is a small organization but is very responsive and willing to work with us to make updates to the system on an as needed basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iDAM?

The backend administrative systems is a bit clunky and not always intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iDAM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the system to share assets both internally with employees and externally through our media site with journalists. IDAM has made it easy to work with diverse audience and share a variety of digital files including images, video, illustrations, PDF documents.

It has been very cost effective. We are not paying per user fees or fees by the bandwidth as some other solutions do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
