What do you like best about iCrimeFighter?

iCrimeFighter is a one-of-a-kind storage solution for all divisions of public safety. It is easy to use and the possibilities are endless with it. If you can dream it, ICF can probably do it. Makes filing and storing cases very easy. Allows you to share cases with other agencies at the click of a button. No more burning CDs, DVDs, Flashdrives! Just click and walk away. What do you dislike about iCrimeFighter?

There is honestly nothing I can say I don't like about iCrimeFighter. They are continuously improving it and adding more functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iCrimeFighter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our office started a paperless project back in early 2019 and started saving all our case files on a server. It did not take long to see we were running out of space and would require several expensive servers to not only hold the data but to maintain a redundant backup for all of that date. In addition, maintaining security from potential hacks was important as well. Even with the servers, it would require our field units to be connected to a VPN to access those servers. This would also require an expensive VPN service. Using iCrimeFighter now allows us to save all our digital media with only an internet connection.
