What do you like best about iClosed?

I was using Calendly before which is NOT made for conversions at all. When I started using iClosed, I saw my calls almost triple in 1 week, without spending more budget on Ads... I am a solopreneur so I could barely take them all haha !

Also, iClosed is easy to use, onboarding is clear and fast, and we can even import events from Calendly so the initial set up does not require a lot of time. Documentation is also really complete and covers all subjects, I could easily find anything I needed.

Conclusion: It's a game changer, recommended for any business that wants to increase their leads in a few clicks ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iClosed?

The only thing I would add for the moment is a Mobile App to be able to see incoming calls from our phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iClosed solving and how is that benefiting you?

iClosed is mostly solving the fact that with Calendly I could not get contacts from leads that were not scheduling a call. Now, even if they do not book a call, I can still reach out to them ! And the scheduler design is so much better than Calendly.

Then, I can see all the sales data in the same place. Before, I was using a Google Sheet to update lead status etc, but that was really time-consuming... Now it's all centralized in the same place and I can check/analyze everything in a few clicks ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
