What do you like best about iClicker?

I have been using iClicker to measure student engagement for over 2 decades. It is an invaluable tool to implement formative assessment in all kinds of classes and teaching sessions. It is easy to use, syncs to the gradebook in an LMS and the anonymity of responses is far superior to asking students to raise their hands. Performance is fast, both for hand held devices and the app. I think it is great value for the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iClicker?

The few issues I have heard from others is related to integration of the gradebook in iClicker with the LMS, and some limitation on the question types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iClicker solving and how is that benefiting you?

iClicker is an educational software so I don't couch it as a 'business' solution - however it both motivates students to participate in class, it eases data collection of participation, it provides value in terms of learning outcomes and it facilitates instructors engaging in active learning.
