This software is very configurable and can be unique to our system and process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ICIMS:

Make certain that you have the time to devote to implementation. It takes many hours of work on the part of you, the customer, and it will be weeks or months before the platform is ready to go live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ICIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, we did most of our processes manually. With iCIMS Recruit, many things now happen automatically. This saves us a huge amount of time. Additionally, our clients are happy with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
