What I like best about iCIMS is its user-friendly interface and robust applicant tracking capabilities. What do you dislike about ICIMS?

What I dislike about iCIMS is that some processes can feel overly complex or require multiple steps to complete simple tasks. What problems is ICIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

iCIMS solves the challenge of managing high volumes of candidates by centralizing the entire recruiting process in one system. It helps organize applications, track candidate progress, and streamline communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
