What do you like best about iChannel Document Management?

I really like how organized and user-friendly iChannel is. It makes managing and retrieving documents so much easier — everything is stored in one place, and the search function is fast and accurate. What do you dislike about iChannel Document Management?

Sometimes the system can feel a bit slow when loading large files or performing searches with heavy data. The interface, while functional, could be more modern and intuitive — especially for new users who might find it a little complex at first.
